About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Brooklyn at 77 Hoyt Street, The Little Sweet Café is a delightful bistro, café, and wine bar that masterfully blends French-inspired crepes with fresh, globally influenced flavors. This cozy spot offers a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for leisurely breakfasts, intimate brunches, or relaxed afternoon coffee breaks. The café’s rustic charm and attentive staff create a welcoming vibe that encourages you to linger and savor every bite.

The menu is a treasure trove for crepe lovers and food adventurers alike. Standouts such as the Banana & Nutella Crepes deliver a perfect harmony of melt-in-your-mouth sweetness and rich, gooey texture that comforts while delighting the palate. If you prefer savory, the Florentine Crepe with spinach, scallions, ricotta, parmesan, and pesto offers a luscious, herbaceous bite that’s both satisfying and light. Chicken enthusiasts will appreciate the thoughtfully seasoned Roasted Chicken Crepe, marrying tender roasted chicken with lemon, creamy goat cheese, and fragrant Persian saffron for a unique twist on a classic. For something bright and refreshing, the Strawberry Salad and fresh Focaccia round out the offering beautifully.

The café’s beverage selection complements the food menu beautifully. Specialty coffee drinks like the smooth Matcha Latte or a perfectly balanced Cappuccino, as well as the indulgent Hot Chocolate, create a comforting palette of flavors. Their iced drinks — from refreshing Matcha Bom to zesty Lemonade — ensure there’s something to cool you off during warm afternoons, while the crisp Perrier and pure Coconut Water offer lighter hydration options.

Visitors consistently praise the café for its attentive, knowledgeable staff who not only excel in service but also enrich your visit with genuine warmth and helpful local tips. Reviewer Sudheeksha Bhupathi fondly recalls the “incredibly friendly staff” who enhanced her experience beyond just the deliciously warm Nutella crepe. Another guest, G W, highlights how the café readily accommodates dietary preferences, making it a welcoming spot for everyone. With charming decor and options like gluten-free fare, The Little Sweet Café strikes a wonderful balance of comfort and quality.

The Little Sweet Café isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience full of subtle flavors and heartfelt hospitality that lingers long after your last bite. Whether you’re craving a savory smoked ham parmesan crepe or a sweet, flaky croissant almond, each visit promises to be both satisfying and memorable.

For those exploring Brooklyn or locals in search of a dependable, cozy café with a creative menu and genuine charm, The Little Sweet Café is a must-visit culinary gem.

Stopped by this charming little cafe and tried the Nutella crepe and a matcha with lavender cold foam. The crepe was delicious—perfectly warm and gooey—but the matcha fell a bit short of expectations in terms of flavor. That said, the experience was made special by the incredibly friendly staff. They not only offered great food suggestions around New York but also made for a lovely chat. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the city!

The Little Suite Café was absolutely adorable—highly recommend! Easy to find, with great service and even better coffee. The crêpes were delicious, and the staff was so accommodating with my dairy-free preferences. I would definitely return!

What a great little cafe. We were in town for work and on our last day we wanted to get a bit of breakfast. This cafe didn’t disappoint! We shared a ham and cheese croissant and the lemon poppy seed vegan muffin. We sand inside and thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. Stop in and give them a try.

Small and unassuming. But very, very delicious and satisfying. I just ate one of the best tuna melts I've ever had in my life, easily. My wife loved her chicken, pesto, sun dried tomato, arugula also. The bread... perfectly cooked, crispy out, soft inside. Everything in balance. Yummy

The Little Sweet Cafe is simply lovely! The food is exquisite!!! The baked goodies are homemade and melt in your mouth! The coffee, amazingly good as well! Collectively, 10 out of 10!!! We chatted with the owner for a few, which we enjoyed; come to find out he makes many of the delectable desserts! Check this charming cafe out! You won’t be disappointed!
